The popular statement that ‘selling a home during the winter season is more difficult’ is not always the case. It is true that during the winter time there are fewer buyers and sellers on the marketplace. However, make no mistake, those that are looking at homes in this cold and snowy weather are the most serious, motivated and ready to buy.
